Dim Sum may be a big guy, but don’t tell him that—he’s still convinced he’s a baby!

At just about a year old, Dim Sum is still learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. New people and new situations can make him a little nervous, so he’ll need a patient family willing to give him the time and space to settle in. Slow introductions to new people, animals, and environments will help him feel his best.

Once he’s comfortable, Dim Sum’s sweet personality starts to shine. Beneath that cautious exterior is a gentle, lovable young dog who is still figuring things out and looking for someone to help build his confidence.

If you’re willing to let him move at his own pace, you’ll be rewarded with a loyal companion and a giant puppy who just wants to feel safe and loved.
